The revised committee was granted the necessary powers and authorities in relation to the proposed issuance of Eligible Securities through Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP).
The updated composition of the four-member Management Committee is as follows:
- Mr. Rakesh Shah, appointed as Chairperson (Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director)
- Mr. Himanshu Shah, designated as a Member (Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director)
- Dr. Varsha Adhikari, serving as a Member (Independent Director)
- Mr. Pawan Lohiya, appointed as a Member and Chief Financial Officer
The correction addresses the previously inadvertent clerical error regarding the committee structure.
