Dhariwalcorp Limited Acquires 7.21 Hectares of Agricultural Land​

Jodhpur, Rajasthan – March 26, 2026 – Dhariwalcorp Limited announced the acquisition of 7.21 hectares of agricultural land situated at Khasra No. 789/333 and 271, Village Sarwadi, Tehsil Kalyanpur, District Balotra, Rajasthan -344026.

The acquisition includes two parcels: one admeasuring 1.4083 hectares (Property No. 1) and the other admeasuring 5.8032 hectares (Property No. 2), both acquired on March 25, 2026. The total consideration for the land acquisition was Rs. 4.35 crore.

The land is located near the Company's existing land, where infrastructure development is underway for Agro-Processing Clusters and an Industrial Park. This investment aligns with the Company’s strategy to utilize funds from its Rights Issue for infrastructure expansion and project development.

Dhariwalcorp believes the location's proximity to the Barmer-Balotra industrial belt, along with improving road connectivity and supportive state industrial policies, will enhance the viability and long-term value of the proposed development.
