Dharani Finance Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action aligns with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading.The trading window will remain closed for 48 hours following the conclusion of the Board of Directors’ meeting to review the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
