Dhansa Labs Limited Acquires Land for Renewable Energy Expansion
Dhansa Labs Limited, formerly known as Ambey Laboratories Limited, announced on March 25, 2026, that its wholly owned subsidiary, Dhansa Green Energy Private Limited, has acquired land for strategic expansion in the renewable energy sector.The land, located in Village Roteda, Tehsil Keshoraipatan, District Bundi, Rajasthan, encompasses a total area of 8.17 hectares. The recent acquisition represents the completion of the acquisition of the remaining 4.085 hectares of the said land. The transaction was conducted with Mr. Prabhu Dayal Sharma. The total cash consideration for this land acquisition was Rs. 1,46,08,257.
According to the agreement dated March 25, 2026, Dhansa Green Energy Private Limited plans to establish a Compress Biogas Plant on the acquired land.
The acquisition does not constitute a related party transaction, and promoters, promoter groups, or group companies do not hold an interest in the transaction, which was completed at arm’s length. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the acquisition.
