Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd., established in 1927, announced on March 24, 2026, that ICRA has reaffirmed the rating of its Base Tier II Bonds as (ICRA) BBB(Stable). This reaffirmation is in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
