Dev Labtech Venture Ltd. Secures ₹744.22 Crore Term Loan from SIDBI
Dev Labtech Venture Limited announced that it has executed an agreement with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) on March 27, 2026, for a term loan cum hypothecation facility. The total amount of the term loan is ₹744.22 crore (Rupees Seven Crore Forty Four Lakh Twenty Two Thousand Only).The agreement stipulates an interest rate of 8.5% per annum, with a loan tenure of 66 months including a 6-month moratorium period.
Security provided for the loan includes a first charge by way of hypothecation on the company's movable properties located at Plot No 53, 54, 1st Floor, Thakordwar Society, Mini Bazar, Varachha Road, Surat, Gujarat. Additionally, SIDBI will receive collateral security in the form of a ₹225.00 lakh FDR through Internal Accruals. Personal guarantees have also been provided by Smt. Labhuben Jerambhai Donda, Smt. Dimple Jay Donda, Shri Jerambhai Laviibhai Donda, and Shri Jay J Donda.
