New Delhi, February 16: Denta Water and Infra Solutions on Monday announced that it has secured fresh orders worth ₹377.31 crore during the April to December period of the current financial year, strengthening its execution pipeline and pushing its total order book to ₹841.48 crore as of December 31, 2025.

The latest inflows provide clear revenue visibility for the coming quarters, particularly across irrigation, urban water supply, and wastewater management projects.

Strong Order Inflows in First Nine Months of FY26​

For the nine months of FY26, the company secured new projects valued at ₹377.31 crore. Of this, ₹161.12 crore was added during the October to December quarter alone, indicating steady traction in project wins during the third quarter.

In addition to these confirmed orders, Denta Water and Infra Solutions has secured two projects as a subcontractor. The company also holds the L1 position in two additional projects, which remain subject to final approvals.

With an order book standing at approximately ₹841.48 crore, the company maintains a substantial project pipeline that supports medium-term revenue stability.

Q3 FY26 Financial Performance​

For the quarter ended December 2025, total revenue stood at ₹55.64 crore, compared to ₹52.30 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Net profit or profit after tax stood at ₹14.31 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to ₹14.96 crore in Q3 FY25.

For the nine-month period, the company highlighted continued execution across key projects, reflecting operational resilience despite marginal movement in quarterly profitability.

Management Commentary on Growth and Execution​

Chairman C Mruthyunjaya Swamy said the company continues to witness healthy traction across irrigation, drinking water, and wastewater management segments. He noted that the strong order book and expanding geographic footprint are supporting sustained growth.

Swamy added that the company remains focused on timely project delivery, disciplined capital allocation, and consistent execution as it strengthens its presence in India’s water infrastructure sector.
