DCM Shriram Ltd has announced a strategic transfer of equity stake in its subsidiary, Shriram Polytech Limited (SPL), establishing a joint venture partnership with Teknor Apex B.V. The company's Board of Directors approved the execution of Shareholders' and Share Purchase Agreements for this transaction, following the board meeting held on April 16, 2026.

Under the agreement, DCM Shriram will transfer a 50% equity stake it holds in SPL to Teknor Apex B.V. The transaction involves a cash consideration of USD 5.6 million.

Following the transfer of the 50% stake, SPL will cease to be a wholly owned subsidiary of DCM Shriram and will be reclassified as a joint venture of the company.
