DCM Shriram Limited has appointed two senior figures, Justice (Retd.) Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Ms. Rumjhum Chatterjee, as Additional Directors on its Board of Directors. Degree from The Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. As a seasoned legal professional, his career includes serving as Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India and later as Senior Advocate.

His distinguished judicial service includes tenure as a Judge of the High Court of Delhi and Acting Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court. He also served as Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court and Madras High Court, subsequently being appointed by the Supreme Court in 2017 as one of its judges. Previously, he spearheaded initiatives at the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) and was an Executive Chairman of NALSA. Internationally, he has been designated as an International Judge of The Bahrain International Commercial Court.

Justice Kishan Kaul is not related to any other Director on the Board of the Company.

Profile of Ms. Rumjhum Chatterjee​

Ms. Rumjhum Chatterjee (DIN:00283824) was also appointed as an Independent Director, effective August 9, 2026. With a background in social impact and corporate advisory, she is noted for her work across various policy areas. She holds a degree in Psychology from Calcutta University.

Ms. Chatterjee is the Co-Founder and Managing Trustee of The Infravision Foundation, a think tank dedicated to infrastructure research, policy, and advocacy. Furthermore, she was one of the Co-Founders of the Feedback infra Group and serves as the Chairperson of the Feedback Foundation Charitable Trust, focusing on rural and urban sanitation issues and women's empowerment. Her contributions to governance include holding various roles within CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), where she has chaired National Committees focused on CSR, Women's Empowerment, Skills, and Start Ups.

Ms. Rumjhum Chatterjee is also not related to any other Director on the Board of the Company.
