DCM Shriram International Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for equity shares, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, and in alignment with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the public announcement of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The date for the Board Meeting to consider the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the same period will be communicated subsequently. This notification has been issued to Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders under the applicable regulations.
