DCM Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window
DCM Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for equity share transactions, effective April 1, 2026. The closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s Code of Conduct for trading in securities.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. Designated individuals and their immediate relatives have been notified not to trade during this period.
The date for the board meeting to approve the audited financial results will be announced subsequently.
