Dachepalli Publishers Ltd Executes MoU for Proposed Acquisition of Hara Communications Private Limited​

Dachepalli Publishers Limited has announced that it has executed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) concerning the proposed acquisition of equity share capital in Hara Communications Private Limited. The transaction is part of the company's long-term growth strategy aimed at strengthening and expanding its footprint within the education sector.

The acquisition is planned to integrate with the Company’s existing business operations, broadening its capabilities and creating long-term value for stakeholders. Upon the successful completion of the proposed acquisition, Hara Communications Private Limited will transition into a wholly owned subsidiary of Dachepalli Publishers Ltd.

This newly formed structure is intended to expand the company's educational technology business. The resources gained through the acquisition will be utilized to enhance and develop technology-enabled solutions specifically designed for schools and educational institutions.

The proposed 100% acquisition remains subject to several conditions precedent. These include the successful completion of due diligence, execution of definitive agreements, receipt of necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, and fulfillment of customary conditions.

Dachepalli Publishers Ltd saw its shares settle at ₹81.60 on Friday, marking a decline of 4.63%. The stock experienced movement during the trading session, finding itself within an intraday range between ₹81.29 and a high of ₹85.80.
