Dabur India Limited to Convene Meeting of Unsecured Creditors Regarding Amalgamation Scheme​

Dabur India Limited announced on March 30, 2026, that it will hold a meeting of its unsecured creditors. The meeting is being convened following an order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench, in connection with the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation between Sesa Care Private Limited and Dabur India Limited.

The meeting will take place on Saturday, May 02, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. (IST) via video conference/other audio visual means. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and potentially approve the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation with or without modifications.
