Cyient Limited, a global Intelligent Engineering solutions company, has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TAO Digital Solutions Inc., an AI-native data and product engineering solutions firm. This acquisition aims to enhance Cyient's service offerings with advanced AI data and lifecycle engineering capabilities, thereby bolstering data-readiness and digital transformation for its global client base.

The transaction, which is subject to customary regulatory approvals, is expected to close by Q2 FY27.

TAO Digital, founded in 2022, has rapidly grown into a trusted partner for major global enterprises.
