Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has announced several key changes in its senior management team as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening leadership capabilities and driving long-term growth. These personnel movements, which come into effect from July 2, 2026, involve appointments, role shifts, and reporting structure realignments across various business units.

The company has appointed Mr. Sachin Phartiyal as the Business Unit Head for Home Electricals. Mr. Phartiyal brings nearly three decades of experience in consumer durables and electricals to the role. He holds a B.Sc. from C.C.S. University, Meerut, and possesses postgraduate qualifications in Management and Strategy Management from institutions including Apeejay School of Management and Copenhagen Business School. His prior executive roles include CEO & Executive Director at Torrent Electricals Ltd (2024-2026), and he previously held leadership positions at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited and Whirlpool of India Ltd.

In a significant transition, Mr. Rajat Chopra will move into the role of Group Sales & Service Head (GSSH). Mr. Chopra has served Crompton for over 28 years and was formerly the Business Unit Head—Home Electricals & Pumps. His experience in strengthening the Fans, Pumps, and LDA businesses will now be focused on driving the transformation of Sales and Service across the company.

Mr. Anand Kumar N, who previously served as Group Sales & Service Head (GSSH), has been designated as the Business Unit Head for Kitchen Appliances. This role encompasses both Small Domestic Appliances and Large Kitchen Appliances. Mr. Kumar, possessing over 35 years of experience at Crompton Greaves, will also oversee the Pumps PL division.

The organizational changes include a shift in reporting structure for Mr. Ketan Chaudhari, who heads the Small Domestic Appliances PL. Effective July 2, 2026, Mr. Chaudhari’s role will report to Mr. Anand Kumar N, Business Unit Head - Kitchen Appliances. Although his classification as Senior Management Personnel ceased due to this change in reporting structure, it is clarified that there remains no alteration in his designation, responsibilities, or terms of employment; he continues to lead the Small Domestic Appliances business.
