The company stated that the proposed acquisition, initially disclosed on June 15, 2026, is not yet complete, as requisite formalities are currently being fulfilled. Consequently, Crizac has indicated that the completion of this acquisition requires an additional period of approximately two months.

The revised expected timeline for the completion of documentation and all closing formalities in the proposed acquisition is set for October 12, 2026.
