The company reported that strong contributions from its Market Entry and Brand Business segments drove significant growth across key metrics.

The company saw Total Income reach Rs 476.84 crore in Q1 FY27. Earnings Before Interest, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBIDTA) stood at Rs 24.89 crore, marking a sharp year-on-year increase of 64.73%. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was reported at Rs 13.54 crore, reflecting a 32.89% YoY rise.

  • Securing a Rs 35.89 crore order from the Food Corporation of India (FCI) for a Smart Warehousing Project across 150 depots.
  • Receiving an Advance Work Order (AWO) from BSNL for the BharatNet Middle Mile Network Project in the Odisha Telecom Circle, valued at approximately Rs 3,194.83 crore.
  • Launching WOZOYO, a global consumer technology brand under its wholly owned subsidiary, Secured Connection Limited (Hong Kong).

Management View​

Mr Ketan Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of Creative Newtech Ltd., commented on the performance, stating that the strong start to FY27 reflects the execution across the company’s technology-focused distribution platform and reinforces the resilience of its diversified business model.

He noted that for Q1 FY27, total income was Rs 476.84 crore, achieving a 20.06% YoY growth compared to Rs 397.19 crore in the prior year quarter. EBITDA increased by 64.73% YoY to Rs 24.89 crore, and the Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 13.54 crore, growing 32.89% YoY despite higher finance costs.

Mr Patel also highlighted that the company is committed to expanding its technology portfolio, strengthening strategic partnerships, scaling WOZOYO as a consumer technology brand, and integrating recent acquisitions.

Today, shares of Creative Newtech Limited rallied in post-market trading, closing at ₹1055.8 after gaining 4.24%. The surge saw the equity push towards its 52-week high as it traded a volume of 189,433 today.
