Craftsman Automation Increases Equity Investment in RC Green Powers Private Limited
Craftsman Automation Ltd. announced a further equity investment of Rs. 39,500 in RC Green Powers Private Limited (RCGPPL) on March 27, 2026. The investment comprises 3,950 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each, representing a 2.63% stake in RCGPPL. This investment supports wind power initiatives under the Group Captive Scheme, as mandated by the Electricity Act, 2003.Following this additional investment, Craftsman Automation’s total equity shareholding in RCGPPL now stands at 3.51%. The company may continue to acquire or dispose of equity shares in RCGPPL to maintain compliance with ownership and consumption criteria stipulated by the Electricity Act, 2003.
