Coromandel International Ltd. Announces Leadership Changes
Coromandel International Ltd. announced several changes to its senior management personnel on March 30, 2026. The Board of Directors, at a meeting held that day, approved the redesignation of Mr. Narayanan Vellayan as Executive Director – Nutrient Business, effective April 20, 2026.Additionally, the company noted the changes in senior management, also effective April 20, 2026. These include the designation of Mr. Madhab Adhikari, Executive Vice President & Business Head - Fertilisers, SSP& Nano; Mr. Avinash Thakur, Vice President & Business Head (SND & Org); Mr. Babu G, Senior Vice President & Head - Retail Business; Mr. Saurabh Kumar Jain, Senior Associate Vice President & Business Head - Bio Products; and Mr. Vishal Sharma, Head - Corporate Affairs, as Senior Management Personnel. All designated individuals will serve as full-time employees of the company.
Elsewhere, Mr. Bharat Chaba resigned from his position as Vice President - Strategic Initiatives, effective April 24, 2026. Mr. Roshan Mammen ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel, effective March 30, 2026, due to organizational changes, and Mr. Amir Alvi will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel, effective April 20, 2026, also due to organizational changes.
