Coromandel International Approves Q1 Results; Considers Loan Conversions Worth Rs 108 Crores and USD 9.7 Million Restructuring​

Coromandel International Limited has announced the approval of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, following a Board meeting held on July 23, 2026. The Board also approved significant corporate actions relating to loan conversions and restructuring within its subsidiaries.

This restructuring will involve converting the debt into equity or preference shares or other instruments as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
