Continental Securities Ltd sees rise in paid-up capital following warrant conversion

Continental Securities Ltd has reported an increase in its paid-up equity capital subsequent to the approval of a significant corporate action, which included the conversion of convertible warrants into equity shares.

The company confirmed that 4,00,000 warrants held by Vachi Commercial LLP, allotted on January 31, 2025, were converted into 4,00,000 equity shares. These new shares carry a face value of ₹2/- each.

This conversion follows the completion of a prior special resolution passed by shareholders in January 2025 and reflects a successful aspect of the company's capital restructuring. The overall effect of this transaction is reflected in the paid-up equity capital, which increased from ₹6,27,06,000 to ₹6,35,06,000. Correspondingly, the number of equity shares rose from 3,13,53,000 to 3,17,53,000.

Details regarding the conversion and the overall outcome are summarized below:

The remaining balance of 75% of the issue price was paid by the promoter group entity on July 17, 2026, resulting in the conversion of these warrants.
