The meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 25, 2026.During the meeting, the Board is set to consider the approval of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026.
In addition to reviewing the quarterly and annual financial outcomes, the Board may also consider the declaration of a Final Dividend for the fiscal year 2025-26, provided such a declaration is subject to the subsequent approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
Separately, the company also announced the closure of the Trading Window for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
