
Clio Infotech Board Approves Allotment of Convertible Warrants
Clio Infotech Ltd's Board of Directors conducted a meeting on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, where several key business decisions were considered and approved. - The ratification of the Resolution of Issue of Warrants convertible into Equity shares to 'Non-promoter' category on a preferential basis, which had been passed by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on September 12, 2025, owing to the re-computation of the price of the Equity shares to be issued upon conversion of warrants.
- Approval for the alteration in the objects of the preferential issue of warrants for which the funds were raised, subject to subsequent shareholder approval.
