Chembond Material Technologies Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals. The closure, which began on April 1, 2026, will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.This action is in accordance with the company’s internal code of conduct and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Directors, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company’s securities during this period.
The date for the board meeting to announce the financial results will be communicated at a later time.
