Chembond Chemicals Holds 3rd AGM; Declares Rs 1.25 Per Share Dividend and Approves Related Party Transactions​

Chembond Chemicals Limited conducted its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, July 31, 2026. The meeting commenced at 11:30 am through audio/video conferencing (VC), chaired by the Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Nirmal V. Shah.

The AGM included both Ordinary and Special business items. During the proceedings, the company shareholders considered and adopted the standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the corresponding reports from the Board of Directors and Auditors.

A key outcome of the meeting was the declaration of a final dividend amounting to Rs 1.25 per share on equity shares for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. Furthermore, shareholders approved material related party transactions involving Chembond Chemicals Limited and its subsidiaries, step subsidiaries, and group companies.

In matters of corporate governance, the meeting addressed the retirement by rotation of Mr. Sameer V. Shah, noting that he was eligible for reappointment in a director position.
