Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.The Board meeting is slated to take place on Thursday, July 30, 2026. The purpose of the meeting includes approving both the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company.
In addition to the corporate governance update, the company provided an extension regarding its securities trading window. Continuing previous notifications concerning the closure of the trading period for dealing in the Company's securities, Chambal Fertilisers confirmed that the trading window will remain closed until August 1, 2026 (inclusive).
This decision applies to all Designated Persons of the company and their Immediate Relatives.
