CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd. Allots Equity Shares Under ESOP 2021
CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 3,640 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (ESOP 2021) on March 25, 2026. The shares were allotted to eligible employees at an exercise price of Rs. 156.20 per share.The newly issued equity shares have a face value of Rs. 2 each and rank equally with existing shares. Following the allotment, the company’s paid-up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 3,14,98,35,218 to Rs. 3,14,98,42,498, comprising 1,57,49,21,249 equity shares.
