Century Extrusions Limited Announces Trading Window Closure​

Kolkata, India – March 21, 2026 – Century Extrusions Limited announced today the closure of its trading window for company insiders. The restriction, which aligns with the company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, impacts directors and designated individuals, along with their immediate relatives.

The trading window will be closed beginning April 1, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, are announced to the stock exchanges.
