Central Bank of India Inaugurates International Financial Services Centre Unit in GIFT City
Central Bank of India has inaugurated its International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) Banking Unit at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), located in Gujarat, India. The inauguration ceremony took place on June 29, 2026.The event was held in the presence of the Bank's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Shri Kalyan Kumar, along with other senior executives from Central Bank of India.
The newly established IFSC Banking Unit is designed to address the foreign currency funding needs of the bank's corporate clientele. The unit will offer a wide array of financial products and services tailored to meet the evolving requirements of its customers.
The comprehensive services available through the IFSC Banking Unit include foreign currency loans, trade finance solutions, treasury and risk management products, among other enhanced banking offerings.
