Cella Space Ltd has established five new wholly-owned subsidiaries (WOS) to further its business objective of developing industrial parks and expanding its presence in the industrial warehousing sector.

The Company confirmed the incorporation of the five WOS, each structured with a paid-up capital of Rs. 1 lac, comprising 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The newly formed subsidiaries are:
1. Landlink Warehousing Private Limited (LWPL)
2. Store Max Logistics Parks Private Limited (SMLPPL)
3. SafeHold Warehousing Private Limited (SWPL)
4. Victara Industrial Parks Private Limited (VIPPL)
5. Summitra Industrial Ventures Private Limited (SIVPL)

The incorporation of these entities took place across a few days, with SMLPPL and SIVPL becoming subsidiaries effective April 7, 2026, while LWPL, SWPL, and VIPPL became subsidiaries effective April 9, 2026.

All five companies operate within the Industrial Warehousing industry and share the primary objective of engaging in the buying and selling of land and the development of industrial parks. In all instances, the acquisition involves the Company taking 100% shareholding and 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The Company confirmed that none of the promoter or promoter group companies of Cella Space Limited have any interest in these newly formed subsidiaries beyond the Company's direct investment.

Stock Price Movement​

Cella Space Ltd settled at ₹15.40 on Friday, finishing the day edging higher by 3.43%. Shares moved throughout the day, testing a low of ₹14.15 while reaching an intraday high of ₹15.49.
