Ceinsys Tech Ltd. announced that Devika Sagar Meghe, a Promoter Group member, has acquired additional equity shares in the company. The acquisition occurred through the conversion of share warrants, according to a disclosure filed with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited.Specifically, 7,14,413 equity shares were acquired as a result of the conversion of an equal number of share warrants allotted by the company on March 18, 2026.
Prior to the acquisition, Mrs. Meghe held 10,51,986 shares representing 5.02% of the company’s total share/voting capital, and 5.02% of the total diluted share/voting capital. Following the acquisition of the 7,14,413 shares, Mrs. Meghe’s total holding now stands at 17,66,399 shares, representing 8.44% of the total share/voting capital and 8.44% of the total diluted share/voting capital.
