Castrol India Announces Retirement of VP B2B Sales, Mr. Rajeev Govil​

Castrol India Ltd announced the retirement of its Vice President of B2B Sales, Mr. Rajeev Govil. The change in senior management personnel is effective from the close of business hours on April 30, 2026.

The company confirmed that Mr. Govil is retiring from his services with effect from April 30, 2026.

In the wake of Mr. Govil’s departure, Castrol India stated that the responsibilities associated with his role will be intermittently handled by a senior team member identified by the company. The firm added that it is currently in the process of filling the resulting vacancy, and details regarding the successor will be intimated as soon as the appointment is finalized.

Today, Castrol India Limited shares edged higher, closing at ₹184.51, marking a gain of 0.90%. The stock saw strong interest today, trading over 1.16 million shares and finding support between ₹182.41 and ₹185.00.
