CARYSIL LIMITED has announced a significant expansion of its installed manufacturing capacity for Quartz Kitchen Sinks. The company proposes increasing its annual capacity from the current 1 Million units per annum to 1.25 Million units per annum.

The decision to enhance production capacity stems from advanced discussions with major home improvement retail chains in the United States. These collaborations require Carysil to develop exclusive models and cater to the specific demands of the retail network.

This major expansion will necessitate additional investment in building infrastructure, moulds, and plant and machinery. The estimated total investment for this project is reported to be approximately ₹50 crores. Carysil aims to complete the project by the end of the financial year 2026-27.

The company noted that the investment for this expansion will be financed using existing Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) funds and internal accruals.
