CARE Ratings Ltd upgrades GMR Airports’ Credit Rating for Bonds and Bank Facilities
GMR Airports Ltd has seen its credit ratings upgraded by CARE Ratings Limited across non-convertible bonds and various bank facilities, according to company reports.CARE Ratings Limited upgraded the rating for Non-Convertible Bonds issued by the company, amounting up to Rs. 1500 crores. The agency revised the rating from 'CARE A; Stable' to 'CARE A+; Positive'. This upgrade was confirmed on July 09, 2026.
In addition to the bond ratings, CARE Ratings Limited also upgraded its rating for the Long Term Bank Facilities availed or to be availed by GMR Airports Ltd. The rating for this facility was improved from 'CARE A; Stable' to 'CARE A+; Positive'. Furthermore, the short term bank facilities rating was upgraded from 'CARE A1' to 'CARE A1+'.
