Financial Performance Details
The company reported that EBITDA for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹ 99 crores, a 3% moderation from the ₹ 102 crores recorded in Q1 FY26. Correspondingly, the EBIDTA margin for Q1 FY27 was 15.7%, down from 17.2% in the prior year.

Regarding balance sheet health, Gross Debt as of June 30, 2026, was recorded at ₹ 522 crores. The company maintained strong leverage metrics with Gross Debt to Equity standing at 0.27x and Net Debt to Equity at 0.16x.
Order Book Status and Management View
The company reported a standalone order book of ₹ 13,535 crores as of June 30, 2026. This order book is composed of the public sector accounting for 55% and the private sector contributing 45%.
Mr Rohit Katyal, Executive Chairman, commented on the results, noting that FY2026 served as a benchmark year, establishing new standards in execution and business development. He attributed the revenue growth momentum to being affected by workmen shortages during the first half of the quarter, along with constraints related to a BMC order affecting water supply at construction sites in Mumbai.
Mr Katyal expressed confidence in the company's ability to meet guided performance targets over the remaining three quarters of FY27 as execution has now normalized. He added that strengthened order booking momentum is supported by a robust pipeline of quality bids and enhanced financial flexibility, positioning the company for sustainable long-term value creation.
