Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) has successfully acquired the first tranche of balance sale equity shares in M/s Think Analytics India Private Limited (Think). This transaction strengthens CAMS's holding in the subsidiary following the completion of the acquisition as per the terms outlined in their Shareholders agreement.The acquisition was completed on August 11, 2026. For this initial tranche of balance sale equity shares, Computer Age Management Services Limited provided a consideration amounting to Rs. 17.73 Crores.
Consequent to this transaction, CAMS’s stake in Think has increased significantly. The acquisition brings the total holding percentage for CAMS in Think up to 77.70%.
