Burnpur Cement Ltd. Receives Reversal of Penalty from NSE​

Burnpur Cement Limited (BCL) announced on March 21, 2026, that the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) has reversed a previously levied penalty.

The reversal pertains to a penalty of Rs. 1,55,760 imposed on August 30, 2025, for non-compliance with Regulation 17(1A) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, concerning the quarter ended June 2025.

The NSE’s decision to reverse the penalty was communicated in a letter dated March 20, 2026. The penalty of Rs. 1,55,760 now stands nullified.
