Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited has announced its Tenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders and made available the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26.The company informed members that the AGM is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through video conference (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM).
In conjunction with the notice for the AGM, electronic copies of the Annual Report for FY 2026 are being provided to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company or the Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA)/Depository Participants (DP).
Shareholders who have not registered their email address are advised that the Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report can be accessed through a specific web-link and QR code available on the company's official website. The Annual Report for FY 2026 is also available on the company’s website, as well as on the websites of listed stock exchanges (BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited).
The Company has requested that members holding shares in dematerialized mode update their email addresses with their Depository Participant. Additionally, any member who wishes to receive a physical copy of the Annual Report for FY 2026 is invited to send a request via email to the designated address.
