Bluspring New Horizon Two Private Limited (BNHTPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Bluspring Enterprises Limited, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the paid up share capital in LSG Sky Chefs (India) Private Limited. The transaction was finalized following the satisfactory closure of all predetermined conditions set out in the Share Purchase Agreement dated April 13, 2026.
With the completion of this deal, LSG has become a wholly owned step down subsidiary of Bluspring Enterprises Limited, effective from August 06, 2026. The acquisition involved BNHTPL purchasing the stake in LSG from Airline Catering and Retail Invest Asia Pacific Limited (Seller 1) and Alfred Anton Rigler (Seller 2), who are collectively referred to as the Sellers.
The company confirmed that the transaction is not a related party deal, with neither Bluspring’s promoters nor any of its group companies having an interest in the entities involved in the acquisition.
