Bluspring Enterprises Limited has finalized the allotment of equity shares following the exercise of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) by eligible holders under its Special Purpose Stock Ownership Plan 2025 (SPOP 2025). The move results in an increase in the company's paid-up share capital.The Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 61,131 equity shares. These shares were issued to eligible RSU holders who exercised their rights under the SPOP 2025. Each newly allotted equity share is priced at Rs. 10/-.
