Blue Jet Healthcare Ltd Launches Qualified Institutional Placement of Equity Shares
Blue Jet Healthcare Ltd has initiated a qualified institutional placement (QIP) for its equity shares. The company announced the launch of the Issue following approvals granted by its Board of Directors and shareholders.The Investment and Finance Committee, at a meeting held on July 6, 2026, approved several resolutions related to the placement. These included adopting the preliminary placement document, authorizing the commencement of the Issue, and setting the floor price for the equity shares.
Based on its internal pricing formula, the floor price for the Equity Shares was set at ₹ 531.70 per share. This pricing was determined after the company’s Board approved the plan on May 25, 2026, and shareholders passed a special resolution regarding the Issue on June 17, 2026.
The company further stated that while the floor price is ₹ 531.70 per Equity Share, it retains the discretion to offer a discount of not more than 5% on this floor price. The final Issue price will be determined by Blue Jet Healthcare Ltd in consultation with the book running lead managers appointed for the placement.
The Investment and Finance Committee conducted its meeting concerning the placement from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
