BLS International Services Updates on Subsidiary Strike-Off Progress
BLS International Services Ltd. announced an update regarding the closure of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Retired BLS International Services Private Limited. The company had previously disclosed on November 11, 2025, its intention to close the subsidiary.The company reported that Retired BLS International Services Private Limited has submitted eForm STK-2 with all necessary documents to the Registrar of Companies, Delhi (RoC NCT of Delhi) for voluntary strike-off. The subsidiary’s current status within the Ministry of Corporate Affairs master data is "Under process of Striking Off."
The completion of the closure and voluntary strike-off is anticipated within three months, on or before June 30, 2026, pending approval from regulatory authorities.
