
Bloom Dekor Ltd. Receives Resolution Plan, Secures Approvals in CoC Meeting
Bloom Dekor Ltd. announced key developments following its 22nd Committee of Creditors (CoC) meeting held on March 19, 2026. The meeting, pertaining to the company’s ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), resulted in several material decisions.A resolution plan was received from Dr. Sunil Gupta via email on March 14, 2026, with a physical copy submitted on March 16, 2026. The CoC members discussed and presented the financial proposals included within the plan.
The CoC also approved an application seeking exclusion of the period of litigation pending before the Hon’ble NCLT and a further extension of the CIRP period by 120 days. This application was filed on March 16, 2026.
Key Resolutions Approved by the CoC:
The committee unanimously approved several resolutions, including:
- Ratification of payments made to BSNL regarding pending dues settled through Lok Adalat.
- Authorization for the Resolution Professional to refund an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 60,00,000 to Mishtann Foods Limited, following their withdrawal from the resolution process.
- Authorization for the Resolution Professional to conduct due diligence of the Resolution Applicant, ensuring compliance with Section 29A of the Code, and to obtain quotations from professionals for this purpose.
- Appointment of B. T. Vora & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2025-26 at a professional fee of Rs. 60,000 plus GST. This amount will be considered part of the CIRP costs.
CA IP Vineeta Maheshwari serves as the Resolution Professional in the CIRP of Bloom Dekor Ltd., with IBBI Registration No.: IBBI/IPA-00I /IP-POOI85 and a validity period up to June 30, 2027.
CS Tushar Dineshbhai Donda resigned from the position of Senior Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Bloom Dekor Ltd. effective November 19, 2024.
