BKV Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, which aligns with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed for 48 hours following the declaration of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. During this period, promoters and designated persons of BKV Industries Ltd. are restricted from engaging in any buying or selling transactions of the company's shares.
