Bizotic Commercial Ltd. Receives Final Tranche of Convertible Warrant Consideration
Bizotic Commercial Ltd. announced today, March 25, 2026, the receipt of the fifth tranche of consideration for the allotment of convertible warrants. The Board of Directors approved the receipt during a meeting held on the same day.The warrants were issued at a price of Rs. 290.00 each, comprising a premium of Rs. 280.00 and a face value of Rs. 10.00, to promoters and promoter group members on a preferential basis.
A total of Rs. 6,71,56,000 has been received in this tranche, with Ms. Sangita Annmol Aggarwala contributing Rs. 5,11,56,000 and M/s. Bizotic Nexus Private Limited contributing Rs. 1,60,00,000.
