Birla Corporation Limited Announces Closure of Trading Window​

Birla Corporation Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that the trading window for its securities will be closed starting April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s internal code of conduct.

The trading window will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
