Bharatam Ventures Limited Announces Sale of Subsidiary Exuberant Systems Private Limited
Mumbai, India – April 1, 2026 – Bharatam Ventures Limited (formerly Pet Plastics Limited) announced today that it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with ANS Buggy LLP for the transfer of its entire equity stake in its subsidiary, Exuberant Systems Private Limited ('ESPL').The transaction, finalized on March 31, 2026, will result in ESPL ceasing to be a subsidiary of Bharatam Ventures Limited. The total consideration for the sale is Rs. 4,68,24,000.
ANS Buggy LLP, located in Pune, Maharashtra, is the buyer in this transaction. The buyer is not affiliated with Bharatam Ventures Limited as a promoter. The transaction is not considered a related party transaction and is being conducted at arm's length.
According to financial data from March 31, 2025, ESPL’s contribution to Bharatam Ventures Limited’s consolidated income and net worth was nil. ESPL was incorporated on August 6, 2014.
