Corporate Actions and Review Confirmation

The Board of Directors recommended a Final dividend of 0.40 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, in addition to an Interim Dividend of 4.50 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Regarding inventory management, notes specified that inventories valued at 8,327.07 lakhs (as of March 31, 2026) were non-moving for more than five years due to customer short closures based on advances received against related contracts. While accounting policy requires a provision for redundancy in such cases, no such provision was deemed necessary given the advanced payments received exceeded the value of assets acquired and expenditures incurred.

Tej Raj & Pal Chartered Accountants conducted a Limited Review Report on the unaudited financial results. The firm concluded that nothing came to their attention that caused them to believe that the Statement contained a material misstatement when prepared in accordance with Ind AS 34.

BDL Stock Price Movement

Bharat Dynamics Limited shares edged higher today, closing the session with a gain of 1.41% and settling at ₹1394.90 in post-market trading. The stock's movement occurred within a tight intraday range established between ₹1347.3 and ₹1419.8.
