BF Investment Limited Fixes Record Date for Final Dividend on Equity Shares​

BF Investment Limited has announced the key dates related to the payment of a final dividend on its equity shares for the financial year 2025-26. The company set Friday, July 03, 2026, as the record date to determine member entitlement.

The Board of Directors of BF Investment Limited had recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share. This recommendation was made against the face value of Rs. 5/-, representing a rate of 200%, and is subject to approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The company plans to hold its 17th AGM on Thursday, July 30, 2026, where the dividend recommendation will be considered by shareholders.

If the final dividend is approved during the AGM, payment is scheduled to occur on or after Monday, August 03, 2026, subject to the deduction of tax at source.

• Physical Shares: All members holding shares in physical form after successfully lodging valid transmission or transposition requests with the company by the close of business hours on July 03, 2026.
