Following the acquisition, Ajinkya Investment and Trading Company holds 1,28,46,194 equity shares, representing 34.10% of the company's total shares.
Sundaram Trading and Investment Pvt Ltd. acquired 25,00,000 equity shares on March 24, 2026. Following the acquisition, Sundaram Trading and Investment Pvt Ltd. holds 1,22,93,068 equity shares, representing 32.63% of the company's total shares.
The total equity share capital of BF Investment Limited remains at Rs. 18,83,38,140, consisting of 3,76,67,628 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
